Kingsley Wood v. Red Hat & IBM case

Red Hat launched a discriminatory agenda against its own employees promoting a Diversity Equity Inclusion agenda that was neither diverse, equitable, nor inclusive. Kingsley Wood, who opposed discrimination and vaccine mandates, was fired to promote this corporate discriminatory agenda and punish whistleblowers like him. 1776 Law Center supports his suit to seek a truly equitable and inclusive workplace that doesn't celebrate discrimination, mandate religiously discriminatory vaccines, or punish whistleblowers.
